Front desk services

  • QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?

    A
    Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. (May vary depending on plan benefits)
    Mars Garden Club members can check in at 12:00 and check out at 12:00 the following day.
  • QCan I extend my check-out time?

    A
    We accept reservations up to 2:00 p.m. for 1,000 yen (excluding tax) per hour.
    After that, it will depend on the reservation situation on the day.
    Mars Garden Club members can use the facility for 950 yen (excluding tax).
  • QIs there a curfew?

    A
    The entrance is locked from midnight to 6:00, but can be opened with a card key.
    If you do not have a key, our front desk staff are available 24 hours a day.
  • QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    A
    We accept your luggage at the front desk. You can leave your luggage with us any time before check-in, but after check-out, you can only pick it up on the same day.
  • QI would like to send my luggage in advance.

  • QIs there a cleaning service?

    If you place your order by 10:00, it will be ready by 19:00 on the same day.

  • QCan I send parcels?

    We use Yamato Transport and only provide cash-on-delivery slips.
    Chilled and cool delivery is also available.
  • QCan I make copies or send faxes?

    Copies cost 20 yen (excluding tax) per black and white sheet and 100 yen (excluding tax) per color sheet.
    Faxes cost 100 yen (excluding tax) per page domestically and 200 yen (excluding tax) per page overseas.

About the facility

  • QIs Wi-Fi available?

    Available in all areas of the hotel.
  • Q Do you have LAN cables available for rental?

    A
    No. The only internet connection available in our hotel is Wi-Fi.
  • QAre there any conference rooms?

    A
    Unfortunately, our hotel does not have one.
    We can introduce nearby conference rooms, so please Contacts our sales staff for more information.
  • QAre there barrier-free rooms?

    A
    Our hotel was built before the Barrier-Free Law came into effect, so there are no barrier-free rooms within the hotel.
    There are steps within the guest rooms and the corridors are narrow.
    Wheelchair access is not possible.
  • QCan I sleep with my child?

    Children under elementary school age can share a bed with their parents free of charge. (Up to one child per adult)
    If you contact us in advance, we will provide towels.
  • QAre there baby cribs?

    Our hotel does not provide baby cribs or bed guards.
  • QIs there ice available?

    A
    There are ice machines on the 5th and 10th floors.
    (Special cups are provided.)
  • QCan I charge my mobile phone?

    All rooms are equipped with multi-chargers.
    Please refrain from removing the charger or taking it home.

    Guests can enjoy a special Japanese breakfast at Shogetsutei Hakata Main Branch on the second floor of the hotel.
    Hours: 7:00-10:00 (entry until 9:30)
    Admission fee: Adults 2,000 yen (tax included) /
    Elementary school students 1,000 yen (tax included)

    *Breakfast is available only to guests staying at the hotel.
  • QCan I eat lunch?

    You can enjoy it at Shogetei Hakata Main Branch on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
    Time: 11:30-14:00 (last order 13:30)
  • QCan I eat dinner?

    You can enjoy it at Shogetei Hakata Main Branch on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
    All days 17:00-21:30 (last order 21:30)

About settlement

  • QIs there an accommodation tax?

    A
    In accordance with Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka City regulations, we will charge an accommodation tax per person per night (Under 20,000 yen: City tax 150 yen + Prefectural tax 50 yen, Over 20,000 yen: City tax 450 yen + Prefectural tax 50 yen).
  • QHow can I pay the room fee?

    Our hotel operates on a prepayment system, so please pay for your reservation when you check in.
    In addition, if the person staying at the hotel is different from the person who made the reservation due to an invitation, etc., and payment cannot be made at the front desk, we will guide you to make a bank transfer in advance. (As a general rule, we ask that you make payment at least 7 days before your stay.)
  • QCan I use a credit card?

    You can use JCB, VISA, DC, UC, DN, AMEX, UFJ, UnionPay, PayPay, merpay, auPAY, dPayment, and various transportation cards.
    (Debit cards cannot be used.)
  • QCan I issue a receipt that combines the cost of accommodation and the cost of meals at the restaurant?

    A breakfast voucher can be issued if you purchase one at the hotel front desk or have it charged to your room at the restaurant.
    If you pay directly at the restaurant, we cannot combine receipts.
  • QCan I issue a receipt for the cleaning fee?

    Yes, it can be issued.
    Please ask at the front desk.
  • QCan I issue a receipt for delivery?

    A
    The hotel does not issue receipts, but the customer copy of the invoice will also serve as a receipt.

Parking

  • QCan I reserve a parking space?

    A
    Parking at our hotel requires a reservation.
    If the parking lot is full or your car does not fit the specifications, we will introduce you to a nearby affiliated parking lot.
    *Reservations for nearby parking lots cannot be made.
  • QIs it possible to get my car in and out?

    A
    Please note that although you can enter and exit the hotel's underground parking lot, you will generally not be able to enter or exit during the night hours between 24:00 and 7:00.
    Temporary exit from nearby affiliated parking lots is not possible.
  • QCan I use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out?

    A
    The fee is 200 yen per hour (excluding tax).
    Please note that we may decline your request depending on the parking lot reservation status.
  • QAre there any restrictions on the size of cars that can be used in the parking lot?

    A
    Our hotel car park is only available for cars up to 4.9m in length, 1.8m in width, 1.65m in height and weighing up to 2 tonnes.
    If the standard parking lot is full, there is a nearby affiliated parking lot.
  • QWhat are the parking fees?

    A
    The cost is 1,700 yen (tax included) per night, and reservations are required as there are only 11 units available.
    You can use it from check-in time to check-out time.
