Things to keep in mind when serving customers
The best attendance to make you want to come back again
Hakata, the central city of Fukuoka
Thanks to its convenience, customers come to our hotel from all over Japan and the world for sightseeing, business, and other important occasions.
In addition to preparing based on the customer's requests and prior information, my motto is to always strive to exceed expectations by making the best possible proposals to satisfy the customer through conversation.
Reading customers' minds requires knowledge and experience, and every day is a learning experience.
And even if I fail, my colleagues will help me, and I enjoy improving myself every day. Exceeding expectations always leads to customer satisfaction and joy.
At that moment, "Smile Blossom!"
The greatest joy of working at the front desk is the sense of accomplishment I get from each and every customer.
What kind of staff do you want to be?
Becoming a value-added person yourself
One of the elements that makes staying at a hostel an extraordinary experience is meeting new people. We will provide you with information on sightseeing and transportation in Hakata, recommendations on restaurants, and other things, and small conversations will lead to new topics.
Thanks to you, our hotel has been well received by many guests for its location, rooms, food, etc. While these are important elements, I would like to leave an impression on you so that you will remember me the next time you stay in Hakata, and I would like to enjoy conversations with my guests during our limited time together.
I will continue to improve my knowledge, information, language skills, and other skills so that you will choose me.

What is important to me?
Your best timing and presentation
The happiest moment for me in serving customers is when they smile and say thank you.
Due to the nature of my job, I am the one giving thanks, and when I am able to meet the customers' schedules and requests, I receive the best ``thank you'' possible.
This is what makes customer service so rewarding, and I strive to make sure people want to meet me again, not just for a meal.
