SDGs
The SDGs we are working on
Rather than worrying about whether you can do it, start by practicing what you can do.
At Mars Garden Wood Gotemba (Shizuoka Prefecture) and Mars Garden Hotel HAKATA(Fukuoka Prefecture), we are promoting efforts toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations to solve global issues, and are putting into practice what we can do, one by one.
When we look at the current state of the world, we are reminded that in order for society to continue to develop, we need to realize a peaceful world free of poverty, hunger, disease and conflict. And when we look at the environment in which the tourism and restaurant industries in which we work are based, this demand is even more immediate and realistic.
To remain rooted in the local community for a long time to come, and to provide a place where guests from Japan and abroad can feel safe and secure, we will continue to pursue the ideal form of hospitality that is appropriate for the coming age, with consideration for the global environment and kindness to people.
